Change is a matter of expression.
This newfound term I paraphrased from myself has many meanings. The one I deemed fit is the triumph or attempt of something that can change life itself. Expression is your take on an activity or thing, whether it be by mixing your ice cream together to be more cheery or by wearing a dark cloak around to look mysterious. Your expression or self expression can be shown in many ways.
A Step
Throughout the course of my short highschool career of 4 months I’ve tried many different activities through school and just by chance. The most memorable being my first comedy Christmas play. (You really should try it sometime). I’ve always liked acting as a way to be self aware of how a character should act or behave. As if I was them. This expression of being more than just myself allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and be me without being me. Additionally with the help of my co-actors, our show was able to expand the expectations of the audience and really do justice to our program. My co-actors stepped out of their usual. Using their ordinary script as a guide and expanded on the idea of the show with their own creative thinking.
Change
That's what I mean by “change is a matter of expression”. Building on what you want to do and self-express does extraordinary things. An excerpt from the 2019 study, “Strategies for Managing Employee Self-Expression in the Workplace.” If an employee enjoys employment, that employee will be more likely to remain an employee long-term, which is beneficial for business. It’s that simple if a person enjoys doing something and has their own way of expressing it. This expression is only aiding them self in a pursuit of joy and as a side effect is helping their work community as well.
Great article! This article reminds me of the term 'job crafting'. In the book 'Ikigai' by Yukari Mitsuhashi, job crafting means actively shaping your job to make it a better fit to your motives, strengths, and passions.
I am well-acquainted with your mom, Magdalena, through her sensitive writing and being in a cohort with her, now I know she's a great mother to have raised such a brave, talented son.
So, this what we would like to know. What is your name?
